Myrna’s photo essays, which meld her love of photography with her love of writing, celebrate the wonder and diversity of local wildlife. She shares her wealth of knowledge in an engaging, entertaining and informative style, telling personal stories and highlighting the random, the unusual and the little-known facts about the amazing wild creatures we share this earth with. Her goal is to inspire others to find beauty everywhere.
Myrna Pearman is a naturalist, photographer, educator, writer, wonderer and wanderer. She has been the Biologist and Site Services Manager at Ellis Bird Farm since 1987, where she has overseen the development of the site into a popular and respected education and research centre. She has authored or co-authored several books and her photographs have been widely published.
