- There is no cost associated with joining the loyalty program.
- To create a loyalty account, ask a Sales Associate at checkout to join the program. A phone number is required to join the loyalty program.
- For every $1 you spend, you receive 1 point.
- There are a variety of discounts and rewards that you can earn with your points.
- You can choose to use your points immediately for smaller rewards, or save them up for a larger reward.

- Edmonton Nature Club: Members of the Edmonton Nature Club can show proof of membership to receive 10% off their purchase (excludes clearance items).
- Devon Nature Club: Members of the Devon Nature Club can show proof of membership to receive 10% off their purchase (excludes clearance items).
- Military Discount: Canadian Armed Forces members and veterans receive 10% off their purchase (excludes clearance items). Thank you for your service.
- Seniors Discount: We do not offer a seniors discount.
- Student Discount: We do not offer a student discount.

The use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of the following. The value associated with the card may be applied toward purchases exclusively at Backyard Birds Nature Shop in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash (except as required by law). Gift cards will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen or used without your permission (except as required by law). Gift cards have no value until purchased and activated. As of right now, gift cards are only redeemable in-store. Online gift cards are a feature that is being worked on and will be available in the future!
